This Info Pro Café is focused on AIIPers who have seen some success in the past couple years. That is a great thing – but it can also be a challenge. There is only one of you, and only so many hours in the day. How can you take on more work without overwhelming yourself? What are some ways other AIIPers have addressed this problem? How do you handle growth as a solopreneur?

Kelly Berry will facilitate this conversation and introduce some options to address this situation. Then we can all share our experiences and insights to help each other manage the growing pains of a successful business.
