Alongside the stresses and strains of managing a business and managing what can be an increasingly complex life as well, and with so many natural disasters and man-made conflicts impacting the world as a whole, it is easy for anxiety to get a grip on anyone at anytime.

Join Karen Klein as she talks us through the different kinds of anxiety we may experience, how it can be triggered and what strategies we can use to manage anxiety. Karen will provide us much to reflect on at the beginning of the session. We will then split into groups to discuss amongst ourselves, before coming together again to share our conversations and thoughts with the wider group.
