In the Know Information and Research Consulting specializes in tracking down elusive information with quick turnaround. We also provide library services on demand to corporate and government information centres. Such services include research, fact finding, development of focused marketing materials, and training. Phyllis Smith, principal of In the Know, holds an MLIS and a BA in Criminology.
