Sponsorship opportunities are as varied as AIIP’s members and
the industries they serve.
Your organization can:
- Become a corporate sponsor, or
- Sponsor a conference event.

Corporate Sponsorship Levels
- Platinum Sponsor - $7,000
- Gold Sponsor - $5,500
- Silver Sponsor - $3,500
- Bronze Sponsor - $1,800
Corporate sponsors will receive complimentary exhibit space and other benefits that can save up to 30% over the cost of signing up for individual marketing options.
Corporate Sponsor Benefits
All corporate sponsors enjoy the following benefits:
- Free exhibit space – up to an $850 value
- Use of the AIIP conference attendee list – a $250 value
- Use of the AIIP membership list – a $500 value
- The option to issue product announcements to the entire AIIP membership – a $500 value per announcement
- Sponsorship acknowledgement on the AIIP member discussion list – your company name on all emails will reach nearly 500 readers on a daily basis; that’s more than 250,000 contacts monthly!
Platinum and Gold Sponsor Benefits
Become a Platinum or Gold sponsor and receive these additional benefits:
- Logo on the conference attendee program cover – a $500 value
- Logo on AIIP’s web site, linking to your company’s web site for up to one year – a great way to raise your profile in the independent information professional community and beyond.
Event Sponsorships
Sponsor a coffee or afternoon break, a breakfast, a lunch, a cocktail reception, or a program session. With a variety of price options to fit your budget, this is a great way for conference attendees to associate your company with a fabulous event! Publicity in conference announcements and signage at the event will highlight your sponsorship.
- Opening Reception - $1,000. Includes five-minute presentation/greeting, one full conference registration, and two guest passes to opening reception.
- General Session - $500 per session; the sponsor is invited to introduce the session.
- Concurrent Session - $300 per session; the sponsor is invited to introduce the session.
- Breaks - $700 per break. Can involve coffee, ice cream, or other refreshments.
- Breakfasts - $1,750 per breakfast
- Lunches - $2,250 per lunch
- AIIP Awards Dinner Cocktail Reception - $1,000
- AIIP Awards Dinner - $9,000. Includes a five- to ten-minute presentation, one full conference registration, and two guest passes to gala.
- Close of Conference session - $1,000
