Heintzelman is really passionate about business and specifically
what makes organizations great (leadership, management, mentoring and
employee engagement). He also loves to share his knowledge with the

He is a Partner with McKonly & Asbury of Harrisburg, Penn., and has
been in practice for over 20 years. He is a dynamic speaker, full of
energy and someone that will hold your attention as he shares ideas to
make your business reach new heights. About Michele McKenna
Michele McKenna acquired Market Analytics International, Inc., in
2002 following a seven year relationship as a client. Michele refocused
Market Analytics from its 22 year history of providing traditional
market research solutions to an organization that provides market,
business and competitive intelligence to Fortune 500 companies and
government agencies globally. Her research has taken her from Australia
to the UK to help clients understand customer insights, competitive
challenges and market opportunities.
Prior to her role at Market Analytics, Michele held senior positions
at Dun & Bradstreet and First Data Corporation in the US and
Europe. Michele is a graduate of Marquette University with a BS in
Marketing and Finance and has completed post graduate studies in
